The work

Smoke control and AOV maintenance, testing and recovery.

Smoke control depends on detection, control logic, power, actuators and mechanical plant. A healthy indication at the control panel does not prove that every part has operated.

PPM visits check the agreed controls, actuators, fans, dampers, power supplies, overrides, indications and interfaces.
